Pre School Educator and Senior Coordinator

The Senior Preschool Coordinator and Educator role involves overseeing the daily operations of the preschool program, ensuring a high-quality learning environment, and providing educational instruction to young children. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that classroom instructions align with the set curriculum and educational standards of the school, maintaining records of attendance, progress reports, and assessments, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. You will also be responsible for implementing behavior management strategies, collaborating with educators to create innovative teaching strategies, and establishing effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of managing teams and independent centers, preferably in a preschool setting, for a minimum of 7 years. Additionally, you should have experience in classroom management and curriculum delivery in a preschool environment for at least 7 years. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using technology for educational and administrative purposes are essential requirements. Candidates with qualifications such as TTC, ECCED, B.ED, NTT, or Primary - Preprimary training are preferred. While not mandatory, Montessori training and experience in handling multiple centers would be beneficial.
