Pre School Educator and Senior Coordinator

As the Senior Preschool Coordinator and Educator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool program, ensuring a high-quality learning environment, and providing educational instruction to young children. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure classroom instructions are adhering to the set curriculum and the school educational standards - Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and assessments - Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment - Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs - Implement behavior management strategies that encourage positive behavior and social skills - Collaborate with educators to create innovative teaching strategies and activities - Establish effective communication with parents regarding child's progress and development Qualifications Required: - Proven record of managing a team and handling centers independently, preferably in a preschool setup, for a minimum of 7 years - Proven record of classroom management and curriculum delivery in a preschool for a minimum of 7 years - Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using technology for educational and administrative purposes - TTC, ECCED, B.ED, NTT, Primary - Preprimary training Good to Have: - Montessori training - Experience in handling multiple centers In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as compensation best in the industry, trainings and certifications, and opportunities for career growth.
