Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-school or early years education; at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about early childhood development and education.
