Job Description:Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate individual to lead our Pre-School as the Centre Head. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pre-school and ensure alignment with educational standards and policies.
• Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff; provide guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor the academic curriculum and extracurricular activities.
• Conduct regular meetings with teachers and parents to discuss children's progress and centre updates.
• Maintain student enrollment numbers through effective admissions strategies and community engagement.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met throughout the centre.
• Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Foster a welcoming, positive, and engaging atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.
• Coordinate with management for executing events, workshops, and parent orientation programs.
• Stay updated on early childhood education trends and incorporate best practices.
