As a Pre-Sales Specialist with 2 - 4 years of experience, you will play a critical role in our sales process by providing valuable insights and support to our sales team and potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Solution Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services. Act as a subject matter expert to educate and inform potential clients about our offerings. 2. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points. Deliver engaging and informative presentations or demonstrations to showcase our solutions. Provide timely and relevant responses to customer inquiries. 3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. Demo and System presentation. Prepare and deliver product/service proposals and quotes. Assist in the development of sales strategies and pricing models. 4. Technical Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and our competitors' offerings. Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and feature requests. 5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in the CRM system. Generate reports and analysis to track the effectiveness of pre-sales activities. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: A masters degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales or related position. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and product teams. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
