Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Executive

As a Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Executive, your role is crucial in understanding prospective clients" business requirements, demonstrating SaaS product capabilities during the sales cycle, and providing consultative solutions. Post-sale, your focus will be on ensuring smooth onboarding, training, account management, and maintaining customer satisfaction to drive retention and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients to comprehend their business needs, challenges, and objectives. - Conduct tailored SaaS product demonstrations and presentations based on client requirements. - Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized proposals and solutions. - Assist in the preparation of RFPs/RFIs and technical documentation. - Offer feedback on client inputs to product and tech teams for enhancing solutions. Post-Sales Responsibilities: - Manage client onboarding and training sessions to facilitate effective adoption of the SaaS platform. - Cultivate strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. - Resolve client issues in coordination with support and technical teams. - Track customer usage, adoption trends, and satisfaction levels. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost account growth. - Maintain high levels of customer engagement to minimize churn and optimize retention. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. - 2-6 years of experience in pre-sales/post-sales/customer success roles within a SaaS environment. - Proficiency in presentations, communication, and client engagement. - Ability to grasp technical concepts and articulate them in simple terms. - Previous experience with CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and customer success tools is advantageous. - Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
