Job Description

As a Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering consultative solutions to drive retention and growth. During the sales cycle, you will conduct tailored product demonstrations, collaborate with sales teams for customized proposals, and assist in preparing technical documentation. Post-sale, your focus will be on client onboarding, training sessions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients to understand business needs, challenges, and goals. - Conduct SaaS product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements. - Collaborate with sales teams to create customized proposals and solutions. - Assist in preparing RFPs/RFIs and technical documentation. - Provide input on client feedback to product and tech teams for solution improvements. - Manage client onboarding and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the SaaS platform. - Build strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact. - Resolve client issues in collaboration with support and technical teams. - Monitor customer usage, adoption trends, and satisfaction levels. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth. - Maintain high levels of customer engagement to reduce churn and maximize retention. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. - 2-6 years of experience in pre-sales/post-sales/customer success roles within a SaaS environment. - Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills. - Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms. - Experience in CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and customer success tools is a plus. - Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
