Pre Sales Manager (Female)

Job Description: You are being hired as a Pre-Sales Manager (Female) for our real estate client in Phulnakhara, Cuttack. With 4 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing incoming leads, coordinating with the sales and marketing team, interacting with potential homebuyers, and meeting sales targets. Your salary will be up to 50K. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead Management & Engagement: Manage and nurture incoming leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms. Ensure accurate lead details are maintained and updated in the CRM system with follow-up status. - Coordination with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to schedule site visits and follow up on customer inquiries. - Customer Interaction & Support: Act as the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, providing them with detailed project information. - Reporting & Sales Targets: Track sales activities, meet performance targets, and regularly update management on your progress.
