Job Description

Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead specializing in Digital PLM and Digital Thread, you will play a crucial role in leading PLM pursuits for both proactive demand creation and responding to client inquiries. Your expertise in PLM technologies and strategic guidance will drive success in practice growth. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in the PLM domain, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions while mentoring junior consultants to facilitate team growth. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert in PLM and digital thread technologies, offering strategic advice and best practices to clients. - Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to identify client requirements and recommend appropriate PLM solutions. - Create and deliver engaging pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients. - Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities proactively. - Tailor comprehensive proposals in response to client RFIs, RFPs, and other inquiries. - Collaborate with sales teams to devise and implement effective sales strategies and plans. - Assist in developing project plans, allocating resources, and managing risks effectively. - Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide innovative insights and solutions. - Guide and mentor junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development within the team. Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in the PLM domain. - Demonstrated experience in at least one end-to-end PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill. - Profound understanding of digital thread concepts and their application in PLM environments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Extensive experience in pre-sales activities, including deal creation, solution design, proposal development, and client presentations. - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills. - Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is preferred.,
