Pre-Sales Lead - Digital PLM and Digital Thread

You are a highly experienced and motivated Digital PLM and Digital Thread Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead. Your role involves leading PLM pursuits for both proactive demand creation through consultative selling and responding to client RFIs and RFPs, resulting in practice growth and success. As a subject matter expert in PLM and digital thread technologies, you will provide strategic guidance and best practices to clients. Conducting detailed needs assessments and gap analyses, you will identify client requirements and recommend suitable PLM solutions. Developing and delivering compelling pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients will be part of your responsibilities. You will proactively create new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. Responding to client RFIs, RFPs, and other inquiries with comprehensive and tailored proposals will be crucial. Collaborating with sales teams to create and execute effective sales strategies and plans is essential for success in this role. Supporting the development of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies is also a key responsibility. You will foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges. Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to provide innovative solutions and insights is expected. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team. Your qualifications include a minimum of 12 years of experience in the PLM domain, proven experience with at least one end-to-end PLM implementation, a strong understanding of digital thread concepts, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment or independently. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, while an MBA is preferred.,
