Job Summary:

Pre-Sales Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers across target sectors using online databases, company websites, LinkedIn, and other industry resources.
  • Make outbound cold calls, cold emails, and follow-up calls

    to generate qualified leads.
  • Engage with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Managers, and Business Heads.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable product/solution positioning.
  • Schedule product demos, discovery calls, and qualified meetings

    for the Sales / Product team.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM record of all activities, interactions, and lead status.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Track lead conversion rates and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Participate in sales review meetings and provide insights on lead quality and market trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 to 6 years of experience

    in B2B lead generation or pre-sales (IT / Software / SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful

    cold calling

    and appointment scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools and lead management systems

    .
  • Good understanding of technology or enterprise product ecosystem (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet targets consistently.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in selling/ promoting

    Software, SaaS, or IT solutions

    .
  • Work experience in

    Domestic Indian Enterprise Market

    (Tier-1, Mid-market, or SMB).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead research tools.
