Oasis Studio is seeking a dynamic and proactive *Pre-Sales Executive* to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the sales funnel by engaging with potential clients who inquire via our online campaigns, qualifying their interest, and passing on validated leads to the sales/design team.
Key Responsibilities
1) Make timely outbound calls to leads generated from online marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
2) Understand and assess client requirements in terms of *budget, location, and scope of work*.3) Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and maintain an accurate lead tracking system.4) Educate prospects about Oasis Studio’s design services and unique offerings.5) Coordinate with the sales/design team to schedule consultations for qualified leads.6) Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status, interaction history, and follow-ups. 7) Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.8) Ensure a high standard of customer experience and professionalism in every interaction.
*Requirements:*
1) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2) 0.6 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer service, or a similar role (interior design/home decor industry experience is a plus).3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.4) Strong listening and interpersonal skills.5) Basic knowledge of interior design services is a plus (training will be provided).6) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. -

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
