Pre Sales Analyst

As a Pre-Sales Engineer at our company, you will be an essential part of the team responsible for bridging client requirements with technical capabilities to design and deliver seamless solutions. Your strong communication skills and technical knowledge will be key in ensuring successful client engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business and technical needs. - Design and present customized VoIP and Dialer solutions tailored to meet client requirements. - Conduct product demos and create technical documentation, including detailed architecture diagrams. - Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to scope projects and ensure successful delivery. - Provide support for RFP/RFI responses, POCs, and pilot deployments. - Stay abreast of the latest VoIP technologies, advancements in Asterisk, and market trends to continuously enhance your expertise. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client interactions. - Solid knowledge of IT tech stacks with technical expertise in telecom solutions will be advantageous for this role.,
