Job Description

As an experienced and enthusiastic Pre-primary Team Leader, your role will involve academic leadership, teacher mentoring, classroom quality monitoring, and strong parent communication. You will guide our Pre-Primary/Kindergarten team to ensure high-quality early childhood education. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and support the Early Years teaching team. - Oversee lesson planning, teaching methods, and learning outcomes. - Ensure developmentally appropriate and activity-based practices. - Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback. - Coordinate events, celebrations, and experiential learning activities. - Monitor student progress and support teachers with remedial strategies. - Maintain a safe, joyful, and child-friendly learning environment. - Ensure completion of assessments, documentation, and reports. - Organize parent orientations, PTMs, and communication updates. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education / B.Ed (required). - Minimum 3 years of Early Years leadership experience. - Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
