Role & responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Utilize play-based learning techniques to make education fun and effective.
• Monitor and document the progress of children, ensuring individualized attention and support.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their childs development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 23 years of proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher.
• Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Passion for working with young children and a creative approach to teaching.
