Pre-Primary Teacher

As a Pre-Primary Teacher at our early childhood education team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and growth of young children. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan and conduct daily lessons and activities that cater to the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children. - Implement play-based and interactive teaching methods suitable for early learners to ensure an engaging learning experience. - Create a cheerful, stimulating, and safe classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and positive behavior in students. Observing each child's progress, maintaining records of individual development, and identifying any learning or behavioral issues are essential aspects of your role. You will be required to support the emotional well-being and confidence of each child. Effective communication with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and participation is key. Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth functioning of the class, participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events are also part of your responsibilities. Maintaining hygiene and safety in the classroom, organizing learning materials, toys, and resources effectively, and adhering to all school policies and child protection guidelines are crucial for classroom organization and safety.
