Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities based on early childhood education standards.
• Foster a warm, caring, and safe classroom environment where children feel comfortable to explore and learn.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through play-based learning.
• Support children in developing basic skills such as language, numbers, colors, and shapes.
• Monitor and assess student progress and maintain individual records.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development, learning progress, and classroom events.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and school staff to plan and improve teaching methods and curriculum.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
• Encourage inclusivity and respect for all cultures, backgrounds, and abilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or related field.
• Prior experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Creative, energetic, and able to engage children through stories, music, games, and hands-on activities.
• Knowledge of child safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
