Job Summary:

Responsible for nurturing the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of young learners through engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct fun-based, interactive lessons aligned with the schools curriculum.
Develop students’ language, motor, and cognitive skills through play, art, music, and storytelling.
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
Maintain daily records of student progress, attendance, and activities.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and learning milestones.
Encourage good habits, manners, and social behavior.
Participate in school functions, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed preschool or CBSE school preferred.

Skills Required:

Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality.
Creative teaching approach using stories, rhymes, and hands-on activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics with empathy and enthusiasm..
