Position Type: Full-time Experience: 0 to 3 years Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early years faculty. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a stimulating, engaging, and supportive classroom environment for early learners. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities for children aged 3 to 6. Foster a warm and caring classroom atmosphere that supports social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Use innovative teaching methods to make learning fun and effective. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of all students. Regularly assess and report on the progress of each child. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to promote a positive school culture. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and communicate regularly with parents. Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and educational trips. Maintain learning resources and classroom materials. Desired Skills & Attributes Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children. Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education methodologies. Ability to engage children through songs, stories, games, and hands-on activities.
