Timings:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range:

?15,000 to ?40,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)

Laptop:

Must carry your own laptop

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Dreamtime Learning curriculum.Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.Create and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments tailored to different learning styles.Collaborate with other educators to plan interdisciplinary projects and events.Regularly monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development and school activities.Participate in professional development sessions, training workshops, and school meetings.Organize and support school events, exhibitions, open houses, and celebrations.Ensure the safety, well-being, and holistic development of all students.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (B.Ed. preferred for Primary and Middle School).ECCE certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education (for Pre-Primary teachers).Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Passionate about working with children and inspiring a love for learning.Tech-savvy with experience using basic educational software/tools.Positive attitude, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.Prior experience in progressive, alternative, or experiential learning environments is an advantage.
