Role & responsibilities

Curriculum Development and Implementation:

Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum activities and lessons, including play-based learning experiences.
Creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Selecting and preparing educational materials, resources, and teaching aids.
Adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs and interests.

Classroom Management and Supervision:

Establishing and enforcing rules and procedures for maintaining order and a positive learning atmosphere.
Organizing and supervising activities, both indoors and outdoors, including playtime, snack times, and nap times.
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children.
Observing and assessing each child's progress and development.

Parent Communication and Involvement:

Communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress, development, and any concerns.
Organizing parent-teacher conferences and meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
Involving parents in classroom activities and events
