Pre-Primary Coordinator (Female)

Hiring: Pre- Primary Coordinator

Experience: Minimum 5 years in early childhood education/academic coordination
Education: Master’s degree with B.Ed
Salary: 40-50k

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day academic and operational aspects of the pre-primary section
• Guide and mentor teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum in line with early childhood best practices
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback
• Organize teacher training, parent engagement activities, and events
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students
• Strong focus on holistic development and progressive teaching methods

• Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about shaping young minds and mentoring educators
• Nurturing young minds with warmth, creativity, and structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
