Pre-Primary Associate Teacher

Reports To: Pre-Primary Coordinator

To assist the Main Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for Children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Help children with day-to-day needs, including hygiene, meals, and transitions.
• Observe and document children’s progress and report observations to the Main Teacher.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Support in preparing teaching aids, displays, and other learning resources.
• Encourage children’s independence, curiosity, and love for learning.
• Ensure adherence to child safety, school policies, and classroom routines.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior with empathy and positive reinforcement.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and parent–teacher meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Ed/NTT
• Relevant certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (preferred).
• Prior experience working with young children in a school or daycare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Schedule:

• 8 to 3PM (Monday to Friday)
• 2&4th Saturday OFF
