Role: Executive HR Pre Onboarding Specialist (Third party contract)

Experience: 0-2 Yrs

Shift timings – 9 pm – 6 am (for Latin America)
Job Location: Bangalore

Job Objective:

To engage with and positively influence the joining propensity of future LTIMindtree, through the medium of calls, emails, and texts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• We are looking for individuals who are genuinely excited to help offered candidate.
• They should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
• They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills.
• They can put themselves in their candidate's shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
• Candidate feedback is priceless, and these specialists can gather that for us.
• Problem-solving comes naturally to them.
• They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer candidate's questions or resolve complaints.

Requirements:

• Make and receive large amounts of phone calls.
• Multi-task with emails and texts, alongside phone calls with offered candidates.
• Identify and assess candidates’ needs to achieve satisfaction and therefore high propensity of them joining LTIMindtree.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with candidates through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the various resources made available to them.
• Meet the desired SLAs and metrics defined and strategized with them by their respective supervisors.
• Handle candidate's complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure joining.
• Make records of interactions on the POEM system.
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies set forth by LTIMindtree.
