Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, communication, and product insights.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis to conduct analytics, develop dashboards, and make recommendations.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting or customer support with the ability to provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, advertising solutions, and the media landscape (both online and offline).
  • Excellent consulting or business development skills with the ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.

  • gTech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack.
  • We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help.
  • We provide a range of services, from enabling better self-help and in-product support, to setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns.
  • Additionally, we offer media solutions for customers business and marketing needs, and provide complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers.
  • These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for specific customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide.
  • Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience.
  • As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google, and we remain a trusted partner.

The Product Practices teams within Enablement deliver quality, scale, and efficiency to how Google commercializes its ad products.

The Ads Platform (AP) team under the Mobile App Ads Formats (MAPP) vertical will work across gTech practitioners and product development teams to enable product priorities for Google Ads platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive activation of Ads Platform objectives.
  • Partner with gTech teams to enable customer support activities like training, Standard Operating Procedure (SoP) creation, and hotspot analysis.
  • Generate insights for product improvements to drive resolution of issues.
  • Develop a gTech Ads services strategy in partnership with leadership and the gSO team to assist in achieving regional goals, including Business Forecast Meetings (BFMs).
  • Help in prioritization and designing the right goals and metrics, analyzing the existing headroom.
  • Create and maintain servicing plans for advertisers, considering all stakeholders and partner workforce.
  • Work on improving the services strategy to adopt any changes in products and metrics.
