Practice Manager / Capability Lead (AI-Aligned)

Role Overview: As a Practice Lead in this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and capability development across Cloud, Data, AI, and Cybersecurity. Your key focus will be defining the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market priorities for the practice. Additionally, you will be owning the day-to-day P&L management by setting targets for utilization, margins, and revenue. Your role will involve closely partnering with Sales and Delivery teams to incorporate AI-enabled insights into pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, and client engagements. It will be crucial to ensure delivery excellence through governance and automation, managing client relationships, building high-performing teams, driving operational efficiency, and mitigating delivery and business risks.
