PR Executive

In this role, you will focus on enhancing the public image of the agency's Food and Beverage (F&B) clients through strategic PR initiatives. Your deep understanding of the F&B industry and strong communication skills will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Develop and execute PR strategies:** Tailor comprehensive PR plans and campaigns to meet the specific needs and objectives of F&B clients, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, securing positive media coverage, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. - **Manage media relations:** Cultivate and maintain strong connections with food critics, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media professionals in the F&B sector. - **Content creation:** Create engaging content such as press releases, pitches, speeches, articles, and social media posts that align with client brand voice and industry trends. - **Crisis communication:** Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address negative publicity and safeguard client reputation during challenging situations. - **Event planning and management:** Organize promotional events, product launches, tastings, and other activities to generate positive media attention and increase client visibility. - **Reporting and analysis:** Monitor media coverage and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of PR experience, preferably in the F&B industry. - Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns and media relations initiatives. - Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including trends, consumer preferences, and media landscape. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in crisis and reputation management. - Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with media professionals and influencers. - Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - Creativity, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
