PR & Creative Communications Manager in Pune

We are looking for a highly creative, extremely confident, and fully extroverted PR & Creative Manager who can think out of the box, bring big ideas to life, and become the creative voice of Prodigy Brains.If you love talking to people, can instantly connect with strangers, have zero shyness, and can express ideas boldly and clearly in English, Hindi, and your regional language, this role is made for you.This position involves PR, content ideation, creative direction, communication, brand building, and coordinating with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Public Relations & Communication
• Represent Prodigy Brains confidently in schools, events, seminars, and meetings
• Build strong relationships with principals, teachers, media, partners, and stakeholders
• Plan PR strategies that strengthen the brand’s image
• Handle on-ground communication with schools and educational partners
• Draft PR notes, speeches, announcements, and communication scripts
• Creative Direction & Content Ideation
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns for social media, reels, events, and brand promotion
• Work closely with the content, graphics, and video team to guide creative output
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas for storytelling, branding, and visual content
• Ensure the brand voice is consistent, modern, and engaging
• Provide creative input for educational content, marketing materials, and digital ads
• Brand Growth & Image Building
• Act as the front face for external communication
• Participate in school events, seminars, parent meets, and PR visits
• Speak confidently on behalf of the organisation
• Coordinate with influencers, educators, and media teams
