Role Overview: As a PR, Business Development, Sales, and Event Management professional at EQMagPro | Global Solar Expo | SuryaCon | C2Z | GABA in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a vital role in driving India's clean energy and sustainability movement through various innovative verticals. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and onboard speakers & panellists for conferences, promote and invite award nominations, build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, partners, and clients, support event planning and marketing campaigns, sell booth/expo spaces, and drive sponsorship sales for events, conferences, and awards. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and onboard speakers & panellists for conferences. - Promote and invite award nominations for GABA & other initiatives. - Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, partners, and clients. - Support event planning, promotions, and marketing campaigns. - Sell Booth / Expo Spaces for our exhibitions & trade fairs. - Drive Sponsorship Sales for events, conferences & awards. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken & written). - Basic computer & internet skills (MS Office, email, social media, CRM tools). - Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. - Positive attitude, ability to meet targets, and a passion for green energy. - Prior experience in sales/marketing/event management will be an advantage (freshers with enthusiasm are welcome).
