PR and Communication Head

As a Media Planner at Deal4loans, your role involves developing a media plan for the company, including crafting a media strategy and key messaging. You will be responsible for maintaining and fostering proactive relationships with the media to generate positive coverage for Deal4loans and its associated companies. Additionally, you will work on establishing and nurturing contact with key media targets in India, managing communication strategies for various events such as conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. Your duties will also include tracking and monitoring media coverage and preparing senior leadership for media interviews. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes: - Experience working in a Consumer internet/Technology company, preferably a startup, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience - Master's Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism - Ability to strategize communication plans with a focus on branding and messaging - Deep relationships with top publications like Economic Times, Mint, VCCircle, etc. - High-energy, company-first, team-first, positive attitude - Independent problem solver with the ability to research and resolve partner concerns promptly - Strong team player with a collegial and collaborative approach In terms of compensation, you can expect a competitive salary package that aligns with the best industry standards.
