Job Description

Job Title: PPC Manager

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Job Introduction:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube), Meta, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of PPC Executives and Specialists; ensure their professional growth and skill development through training, goal-setting, and feedback.
  • Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, aligned with business and marketing goals (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee campaign structuring, ad copy creation, A/B testing, keyword strategies, bidding models, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Content, Tech, Sales) to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
  • Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) meetings with leadership and key stakeholders showcasing performance outcomes, trends, and growth strategies.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging technologies, industry changes, and competitor activity to ensure innovative and effective media buying.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and attribution using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion pixels.
  • Prepare in-depth reports and dashboards for all performance metrics including ROI, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and other KPIs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Marketing Field 4-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Search (PPC in edtech Industry), with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to strategize, execute, and scale campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent team leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, identify growth opportunities, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
