Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) Salary: Up to ₹40,000 In-Hand Experience: 3–6 Years Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven agency experience to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across diverse client portfolios, particularly in the EdTech sector. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute PPC campaigns tailored to clients from various industries. Own end-to-end client communication and act as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client visibility through well-optimized campaigns. Monitor campaign budgets and optimize performance metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) . Coordinate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports highlighting ROI and key insights. Share lead generation updates and campaign effectiveness with clients. Skills & Experience Required: Agency experience managing multiple clients is a must . 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing . Proficient in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager . Demonstrated success in campaign optimization for EdTech products . Strong understanding of the student/parent buyer journey . Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
