PPC Executive

Job Responsibilities

* Plan, schedule, and control daily production for wire mesh manufacturing (welded mesh, woven mesh, GI wire, etc.)

* Coordinate with production, maintenance, and purchase teams for smooth workflow.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders.

* Monitor raw material availability (wire rod, GI wire, SS wire, coating materials).

* Track WIP, finished goods inventory, and ensure timely order execution.

* Optimize machine utilization for welding lines, weaving looms, drawing machines.

* Follow up with stores and vendors for timely supply of materials.

* Maintain accurate MIS reports related to production, delays, scrap, and planning.

* Ensure quality and delivery timelines are met based on customer requirements.

* Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.

* Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Skills Required

* Strong knowledge of production planning & control in a manufacturing setup.

* Experience in wire mesh / wire drawing / metal fabrication preferred.

* Good understanding of inventory management and material planning.

* Ability to read and understand mesh size, gauge, coating specifications.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting tools.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent order planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
