Required_Skills:
*Excellent Communication skills (Written & Verbal both).
* Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.).* Work primarily with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms.* Identify high-performing and cost-effective keywords.* Plan, create and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin.* Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and funnel performance.* Optimize Campaigns for ROI, cost per lead and conversion performance.* Handle Client Communication, Performance reviews, and feedback sessions.* Experience working with eCommerce and/or service-based businesses.
