PPC Engineer

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the production workflow for one or multiple products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay - Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand - Assigning workers and other staff to particular production operations - Scheduling shifts according to production needs - Monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget - Addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption - Obtaining output information such as the number of finished products and percentage of defectives - Preparing and submitting status and performance reports - Keeping paperwork organized - Collaborating with quality control, warehouse, and other staff Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma preferred - Total work experience of 3 years preferred In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time position located in Pune, Maharashtra.
