As a Power BI Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions. Your expertise in Power BI, SQL, SSRS, and Report Builder will be essential in leading BI initiatives and guiding junior developers. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reports. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Designing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). - Developing and maintaining SSRS reports and Report Builder solutions. - Ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability of BI solutions. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to the BI development team. - Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring best practices in BI development. - Staying updated with the latest BI technologies and trends to improve reporting capabilities continuously. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. - 2+ years of Healthcare experience to understand data models and attributes. - Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). - Strong hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning). - Proficiency in SSRS and Report Builder. - Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of BI developers.
