PowerPoint Specialist Intern

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and presentation, with the ability to create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

PowerPoint Design & Creation:
- Assist in creating high-quality, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations from scratch or based on provided content.
- Design slides that incorporate effective use of typography, color schemes, images, charts, and graphs to ensure clarity and impact.
Content Structuring & Storytelling:
- Organize and structure presentations in a logical, coherent manner to tell a compelling story.
- Help craft clear, concise, and engaging text for slides, ensuring messages are communicated effectively.
Graphic Design & Visual Enhancements:
- Apply design principles to enhance the visual appeal of presentations, including layout, consistency, and alignment.
- Integrate multimedia elements like images, videos, and icons to support content.
Collaboration & Feedback:
- Collaborate with team members to understand the requirements for each presentation.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to presentations based on internal reviews.
Technical PowerPoint Skills:
- Use advanced PowerPoint features (Slide Master, SmartArt, transitions, animations, etc.) to create interactive and professional presentations.
- Learn to work with other design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Beautiful.ai) to complement PowerPoint slides where necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, IT Background, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with a good understanding of design principles.
- Familiarity with latest presentation tools (e.g., Beautiful.ai, Prezi, Visme, Canva) to create impactful presentations.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
- Good communication skills for understanding project needs and incorporating feedback.

Compensation:

CTC: 20-25 K per month (Stipend)
