Power-BI & Tableau Technical Lead

Role Overview: You are required to lead as a Technical Lead with expertise in Power-BI & Tableau. Your role involves utilizing your 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Analytics to provide technical expertise in Power Query, DAX, data modeling, visualization, SQL, ETL workflows, and data warehousing concepts. Additionally, you will lead teams in delivering enterprise BI projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and good oral and written communication skills are essential. Being a proactive team player with adaptability is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end BI solution lifecycle, including requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Design and implement scalable Power BI solutions with complex data models, DAX measures, and interactive dashboards. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Power BI developers and analysts. - Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineering teams to define KPIs and reporting standards. - Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards such as RLS, access control, and audit. - Drive performance optimization of BI solutions and manage large-scale datasets. - Establish best practices for BI development, version control, and deployment processes. - Evaluate and recommend BI tools, including Tableau, based on organizational needs. - Conduct code reviews, technical workshops, and user training sessions. - Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to translate business problems into BI solutions.
