Power BI Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and managing Power BI solutions, integrating data into a data lake, creating and maintaining data models, designing and implementing ETL processes, optimizing Power BI reports, and documenting data models, ETL processes, and Power BI solutions. Additionally, you will oversee and support processes, review performance dashboards, provide technical support and process guidance, record and track queries, ensure client query resolutions meet SLAs, handle technical escalations, troubleshoot client queries, provide product support, mentor and guide Production Specialists, conduct trainings, identify common problems and recommend resolutions, and stay updated on product features and changes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Manage Power BI Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. - Data Lake Integration: Integrate data from various sources into a data lake, troubleshoot data integration and dashboard functionality issues. - Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models for reporting and analytics. - ETL Processes: Design and implement ETL processes to move data from source systems to the data lake and Power BI. - Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability. - Documentation: Document data models, ETL processes, and Power BI solutions for maintainability and knowledge sharing. - Oversee and Support Processes: Review daily transactions, performance dashboards, and team scores, provide technical support and process guidance, record and track queries, ensure compliance with service agreements, resolve client queries within defined SLAs, and escalate serious client issues. - Handle Technical Escalations: Diagnose and troubleshoot client queries, manage and resolve technical roadblocks, escalate unresolved issues, provide product support, troubleshoot queries in a professional manner, offer alternative solutions, communicate effectively, and follow up with customers for feedback. - Build People Capability: Mentor and guide Production Specialists, conduct trainings to bridge skill gaps, develop and conduct trainings for production specialists, inform clients about trainings, stay updated on product features, participate in self-learning opportunities, and maintain personal networks. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Power BI Visualization on cloud. - Experience: 5-8 Years.
