This role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent documentation skills and the ability to work closely with development and QA teams in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and understand functional and non-functional requirements. Create comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test cycles based on specifications. Execute manual tests across various Windows environments (Windows 10/11 32/64-bit and legacy OS versions). Conduct device-level testing for printer drivers to validate behaviour and performance. Ensure consistency of page size definitions and driver compatibility across device families. Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA, including retesting after fixes. Participate in test case reviews, and prepare and share detailed test summary reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for code reviews via pull requests on Bitbucket. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure transparency through tools like SharePoint. Create and manage user stories and subtasks in JIRA with time estimates.
