Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering KPIs such as profitability, campaign performance, incrementality, and operational metrics.
Develop data ingestion and integration workflows from APIs, SQL databases, flat files, and manual reports (retail media sources, CRM exports, SAP reports, Adobe Analytics datasets, etc.).
Automate recurring report exports, data refreshes, and alerts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Design executive-ready dashboards with drill-down capability for tactical users.
Partner with data scientists to integrate model outputs (e.g., ROI models, incrementality results, customer segmentation) into Power BI reporting.
Maintain and improve data governance, access controls, and row-level security.
Evolve reporting frameworks to support new business needs across campaigns, CRM, and enterprise platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

46+ years in BI/reporting and analytics.
Deep expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Paginated Reports).
Strong SQL skills for data preparation and transformation.
Hands-on experience with data integration from diverse tools (e.g., retail media platforms, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, SAP, Google/Meta Ads).
Ability to design both operational dashboards and strategic executive reports.
Knowledge of ETL tools and cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.
Strong business acumen in marketing, campaign performance, and profitability analysis.
