Power BI Developer Pharma Domain (5+ Years)

Location:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tailored for pharma industry requirements.
Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable visualizations.
Develop and optimize data models, DAX queries, and Power Query transformations for high-performance reporting.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security in all visualization solutions.
Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and pharma domain experts to deliver impactful solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and pharma analytics trends.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
Proven expertise in building end-to-end visualization solutions from scratch.
Advanced skills in developing visualization solutions specifically for pharma clients.
Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and other BI tools is a plus.
Capability to mentor and support junior team members.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience working in pharma analytics or healthcare data environments.
Certifications in Power BI or related BI technologies
