Job Title Power BI Developer Location Bangalore (Onsite) Interview Mode- Video Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire Position Overview 4-8 years exp. in PowerBI (4+), tableau(2+), DAX, Power Query, Data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, Azure, R or Python Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports that help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements Perform data modeling, data analysis, and implement DAX queries for enhanced insights Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud data platforms, etc.) Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions Optimize Power BI datasets and dashboards for performance and usability Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reports and dashboards Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to streamline data pipelines and reporting logic Implement role-level security (RLS) in Power BI Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (4+ years) working with Power BI in a professional setting Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling Experience working with SQL and relational databases Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and performance tuning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
