Power BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer at our company, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support various Business Lending teams such as Risk, Product, Operations, and Relationship Management. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into data models, and deliver actionable insights. Your responsibilities will also include developing optimized data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards. Additionally, you will partner with data engineers to ensure data pipelines meet reporting needs and provide self-service BI capabilities for business users. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer, preferably in Banking/Financial Services. - Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and SQL. - Proficiency in working with relational databases and data modelling. - Understanding of business lending products and lifecycle is highly desirable. - Ability to work closely with business users, analysts, and data engineers. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
