We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality data visualizations and analytics solutions. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in Power BI, strong data modeling skills, and a keen interest in transforming business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

Design and build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that support key business functions and decision-making.
Develop and manage DAX measures , calculated columns, and data relationships to ensure accurate reporting.
Support data integration from various sources including SQL databases, Excel, and APIs into Power BI.
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver intuitive, actionable visualizations.
Maintain and optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability.
Assist in managing Power BI Service , including workspace setup, report deployment, and data refresh schedules.
Follow and promote Power BI development best practices within the team.

Requirements:

25 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development .
Proficient in DAX , Power Query , and data modeling principles .
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Familiarity with Power BI Service administration tasks.
Good understanding of data integration , transformation, and visualization techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
Knowledge of Power BI embedded or Row-Level Security (RLS) .
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure or AWS.
