Job Description

Job Description:

Create professional-level (look and feel) Power BU visuals for complex (multi-source, multi-page)
reports
DAX coding, including complex measure and calculated column design
Power BI workspace understanding Publishing reports, gateways, scheduled refreshes
Power Automate experience developing workflows to automate email communications of Power
BI data
Date/Time Intelligence design and coding
Ability to be creative and proactive with report design and development using little to no
documented requirements
Ability to self-manage various tasks with changing priorities
Ability to work at fast pace – high expectations for immediate results

Skills highly recommended:

Solid understanding of data ingestion from internal sources (via APIs or standard sources like
Excel, csv)
ServiceNow platform experience and integration with Power Platform
Power BI reports published as dashboards
Backend dataset experience (ServiceNow, Incorta, Azure, OneLake, and other non-Microsoft data
sources)
Power Apps experience – this will come in handy as our reports mature
API development

Preferred/ Recommended:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s
degree preferred.
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
Proven team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
