10 to 12 + years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
Strong expertise in streaming data technologies like Apache Kafka, Flink, Spark
Streaming, or Kinesis.
Strong experience in Architect, Design and Develop real-time data ingestion,
transformation, and delivery pipelines for analytics, operational intelligence, and
decision-making systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or Go
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Synapse, Fabric etc, or Google
Cloud (Pub/Sub, Big query/ Spanner / Dataflow). AWS (Kinesis, Redshift /MSK),
Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Hive, and data warehouses such as
Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric.
Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,
DynamoDB, Yuga byte DB).
Hands-on experience with data modeling, governance, and security standard
Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Implement and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring efficient data movement and
transformation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable
solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills in cross-functional environment
Good to have skills:
Familiarity with BI and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with microservices architecture and API development for streaming
systems.
Certifications in big data or streaming technologies (e.g., Confluent Kafka, AWS).
