Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Lead the design and architecture of Power BI solutions integrated with D365 data sources.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
Develop and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
Integrate data from D365 modules (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc. ) into centralized reporting platforms.
Design and implement ETL processes to support reporting and analytics needs.
Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met across BI solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Power BI developers.
Manage deployment, version control, and performance tuning of Power BI reports and dashboards.
Work with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL DB) for advanced data integration scenarios.
