Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Automate reporting processes and data manipulation tasks using Excel macros and VBA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
Utilize advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools.
Employ VBA for automation and custom Excel solutions.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization
Expertise in DAX and Data Modeling
Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Excel Macros
Ability to interpret and communicate insights from complex datasets
Experience in automation of reporting workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with Python or Tableau (added advantage)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
