Job Description

Power BI and Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
Power BI dashboards and reports
using data from multiple sources.
Write and optimize
Python scripts
for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Integrate
Python analytics or machine learning models
into Power BI where applicable.
Collaborate with the data engineering and analytics teams for smooth data flow and visualization.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of BI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in
Power BI development and Python programming
.
Strong knowledge of
DAX, Power Query (M), SQL
, and
data modeling
concepts.
Experience in
data cleaning, manipulation, and visualization
using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
Understanding of
ETL processes
and
database management systems
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with
Power BI service (publishing, gateway setup, workspace management)
.
Exposure to
Azure Data Services
or
machine learning frameworks
.
Knowledge of
automation or reporting integration
using APIs.
